Domestic Returns & Exchanges
We will accept returns on all US orders for store credit only. While we may be able to exchange in certain cases, we cannot guarantee the availability of products. If the item is no longer in stock and an exchange is not possible, a return will be initiated and store credit will be offered. Sale items are not eligible for return.
Items MUST be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery and returned unworn, unwashed, and sent back with original tags attached. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and include your order confirmation number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective (beyond item description at time of purchase), or you've received the wrong item. In this case, a return label will be provided.
Store credit does not expire and will be sent via email within 2-4 business days of the delivery of your return. Store credit is calculated to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase, excluding the cost of shipping.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases made through our retail partners.
International Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if at the time of delivery the product is damaged or defective (beyond item description at time of purchase), or you've received the wrong item, ATH will accept a return within 14 days upon delivery. Items MUST be unused, unworn, and sent back with original tags attached.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and include your order confirmation number. If the item is no longer in stock and an exchange is not possible, a return will be accepted and a refund will be made to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 days depending on the method of payment and bank.
Note: If you have failed to pay Duties and Taxes, causing the liability to fall on us or the carrier, the amount of such Duties and Taxes may be deducted from any refund or other amounts you may claim.
