Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC
Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days*. Packages are shipped out Monday through Friday via USPS Economy or Priority Mail. If you have not received your package within 8 business days, please notify info@shopalltimehigh.com with your order number.



*Please keep in mind that processing and shipping during the holidays may be delayed due to the influx of orders and parcel traffic.

INTERNATIONAL
For a limited time, enjoy flat rate shipping in the following regions:

  • Canada: $25 USD on orders $200
  • United Kingdom: $25 USD on orders $200+
  • Europe: $25 USD on orders $250+
  • Asia and Pacific: $25 USD on orders $250+

We ship internationally to most countries from the United States. Packages can take anywhere from 7-30 days to arrive. If you have not received your package after 14 days, please notify info@shopalltimehigh.com and include your order number.

Taxes and duties are included at checkout. However, is not responsible for tariffs incurred from imported goods. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected or unclaimed packages. If you live in another part of the world where shipping is not available and would like to make a purchase, please contact us directly.

Please note that tariffs, import duties and taxes vary by country. If duties and taxes were not paid when you placed your order, because pre-payment is not available in the delivery destination (or for any other reason): (a) you are advised that the amount of duties and taxes displayed under the pre-payment option on the checkout is only an estimation and may not reflect the amount of duties and taxes actually charged to you by the broker, carrier or the relevant authority, which such amount might be higher than the estimation; and (b) you will be fully responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes directly to the relevant authority as determined and assessed by such authorities.

Moreover, if you fail to pay any duties and taxes, causing the liability to fall on us or the carrier, the amount of such duties and taxes may be deducted from any refund or other amounts you may claim.
